Earlier on Tuesday, August 25, the Sudogodsky court of the Vladimir region satisfied Vasilyeva’s petition for parole. The judge took into account the fact that the convicted person received positive characteristics at the place of residence and from the colony administration. In addition, she received the right to Udo Vasiliev, as she paid compensation to the victims and served half of the due date (taking into account house arrest).

“She should work, not change the place of residence and not to commit administrative offenses, not appear in public places in a state of alcohol and narcotic intoxication, and employment,” the court decided.

Evgenia Vasilieva was sentenced to five years in the case of fraud and legalization of funds received from the sale of property of the Ministry of Defense. The court ordered Vasiliev and other defendants in the case to pay the victims about 216 million rubles.

The case of the theft of the property of the Ministry of Defense through the Oboronservis enterprise was opened in the fall of 2012. During the investigation, the amount of damage from the actions of Vasilyeva and other defendants in the case was estimated at 3 billion rubles.
