School- Conference of IPPI RAS “Information Technologies and Systems” ( Itis'15), which will be held from September 7 to 11 in Sochi, will once again confirm the principle of the interconnectedness of scientific knowledge. This year, the conference program is divided into four thematic platforms: mathematics and physics, the science of data, the Internet of the future and bioinformatics. In parallel, a school in stochastic and financial mathematics will be held .

All four platforms are equal in value and echoes each other. Each of the sections will be represented by lectures by the masters of science, as well as performances and posters of young scientists. The format of the presentation of materials implies accessibility for both specialized specialists and colleagues from other areas.

The platform “ Mathematics and Phys of complex systems ”, as follows from the name, has a fundamental character. The concept of a complex system includes modeling and predicting the behavior of large systems in physics, information sphere and life sciences.

“ Science of Data ” is perhaps the most diverse platform in the subject. This includes machine learning, statistics and optimization, and in addition, neuronauki, medical diagnostics, computer linguistics and image processing.

Wireless networks and sensory systems "Smart House"; The Internet, which is always at hand, is the technology of our reality, but they require endless improvement. The Internet of the Future , which has already come, is the topic of the next section.

" Bioinformatics " is devoted to both fundamental issues and practical applications. Bioinformatic methods greatly facilitate the understanding of evolutionary mechanisms at all levels: from individual proteins, genes to regulatory networks and entire genomes. At the same time, bioinformatics to a large extent contributes to the development of co-time medicine.

The school in stochastic and financial mathematics is designed for those young scientists and senior students who are seriously passionate about the theory of probabilities, statistics, random processes and, of course, the most financial mathematics. Now this is one of the most popular mathematical applications: methods of optimizing investment and evaluation of financial risks are based on stochastic analysis. The organizer of the school is a mathematical institute named after V. A. Steklov (Mian) with the financial support of the Russian Scientific Fund. It has become a good tradition to supplement the already rich ITIS program with independent events. In 2013, in the Kaliningrad region, simultaneously with the conference, an international workshop on Wi-Flex wireless networks was held. Last year's Itis, which passed under Nizhny Novgorod, divided the site with a symposium by recording of the eye movement "Yarbus 100".

The composition of the ITIS lecturers and the school in stochastic and financial mathematics are amazing with geographical scatter. Lectures will be given by scientists from Russia, the USA, Germany, France, Italy and Scandinavia.

In addition, the school-conference continues to involve students in scientific activity. Young scientists who have not previously had publications have the opportunity to file a job and speak at Its'2015 as part of my first article. Traditionally, ITSI students submit their first articles on Itis based on the results of the summer school, which they take place in one of the laboratories of the Institute for Problems of Information Problems.

School-conference "Information Technologies and Systems", devoted to the issues of transmitting and processing information in living and technical systems, is a long-term project of the Institute for Problems of Transfer of Information named after A.A. Kharkevich (IPPI RAS). Every year, Itis unites scientists and engineers from leading research centers, universities in Russia and abroad in one of the cities of the country: mathematicians, biologists, linguists, specialists in the field of computer sciences. In different years, the ITIS co -organizers were the BFU named after I. Kant, NIU HSE, IPA RAS, MFTi, NSU and other scientific centers of Russia.
