The agency notes that the release of this document will be the next stage of consolidation after the decree of President Vladimir Putin, signed by him on August 1. In his decree, the President ordered the government to determine the list of non-state shareholders contributing property as a contribution to the authorized capital of Vnukovo International Airport OJSC.

According to the agency, there are four such shareholders in the draft order. These are Vnukovo-Alliance LLC, Silvani LLC, JSC Yunox Company and CJSC Vnukovo Investment Company. The state's share in the authorized capital of Vnukovo International Airport OJSC must be at least 25% + 1 share.

After the release of the draft consolidation order, the Federal Property Management Agency, together with private shareholders, will determine the composition of the property made as a contribution to the capital of OJSC Vnukovo International Airport (MAV) and will evaluate it. At the same time, 74.74% of the shares of Vnukovo Airport OJSC, which the state is contributing to MAV OJSC, will be assessed.

After this, the Ministry of Economic Development and the Ministry of Transport will submit to the government a draft decision determining the composition of the property of private shareholders participating in the consolidation, as well as the size of the shares of the state and investors in the united Vnukovo.
