The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavel Klimkin proposed by analogy with Magnitsky’s list to create a sanctions list of persons involved in the illegal holding of Ukrainians in Russia, including Oleg Sentsov and Nadezhda Savchenko. “We must gradually proceed to talk about the list of Sentsov and Savchenko. It should be a specific sanctions list, just as it was in the case of Magnitsky ... and none of those in Russia who is related to these unfair decisions should feel safe. We will work on it,” Klimkin emphasized.
