-Once I had a Finns delegation on excursions. They asked tricky questions, asked if the state helps. I told them that they did not talk with us, as if the farm was built with state money. I will not tell them that the state does not help us. They all changed in the face.

Yes, in Finland, in Europe, agriculture is better developed than ours. But if our state paid this as much attention as they are given there, we would be even better. In Russia, everything is enough, the main thing is that we are allocated money. You can’t do anything without money.

I hope the best. That in the end the state will turn to the village of face. Now help is not enough. The main difficulties in what: it is difficult to take a loan - interest is large. For example, I wanted to take a car to the farm - a dump truck, it costs 930 thousand rubles, and when I counted the final result, it turned out almost 1 million 400 thousand. That is, very large allowances, although leasing seems to be ten percent with a penny. They counted there, they counted here, here is the final result. Here my loan is taken at twenty percent. It is necessary to give him somehow. How to give? This means you will add the cost of products. And then they say expensive.

I am not saying that we were fully provided there, but it can be decided to help in obtaining loans, equipment, and so on - can this be solved?

A person should be an enthusiast. Those who are devoted to the village work.

But the sanctions played into the hands because today we have products in demand. There are no problems of implementation, on the contrary: we have a lack. We have many orders, a lot of wanting to work with us. The people need to be fed.

I hope that we will feed ourselves, or maybe Africa still who knows.

- I think little about sanctions, I have a lot of work. I do not receive any help from the state. Of all the subsidies, I was now given six thousand rubles a year for vaccines along the Goswetnadzor line. This is just about nothing. Nevertheless, the agricultural industry is self -sufficient production if professionals are engaged in it.

Growing something is a very grateful activity. The seed of cabbage is comparable to the ball from the ballpoint pen in size. In what other production can you get in five months with such a ball of such cabbage?

Alexander Belyaev is the head of the peasant farm. There are only costs from breeding of livestock, but Alexander has a third -party holding that finances the farm.

- Regarding the sanctions imposed - I had a gradual increase in buyers, so it is systematically and grows, I did not feel any special difference. At the moment, it is generally unprofitable to rent products to chain stores - they dictate low purchase prices there. Therefore, I sell it myself.

In general, there are a lot of assistance programs for farms. The problem is that it is difficult to find out about them. For example, I want to get a subsidy, I come to Smolny. They answer all my questions: "Read the information on our site." You go to the site and understand that “war and peace” compared to this is baby babble. By and large farmers, even no time to do this. It is necessary to simplify the information filing system.

-The sanctions impose on us obligations to develop three or four years ago, we did not know where to put products. Now my honey goes completely.

The state provides support in the form of subsidies and grants. This is good, but when they are received by an untrained person, most likely, nothing will work out. We need a good program for the preparation of farmers. We prepared the project, decided to create a training center on the basis of an existing farm.

On the terms of the competition, several people are selected who really want to become farmers, they study for a year, pass the exam, and then they are leased 20 hectares of land with the right to buy off, and the person begins to work. All students of this center are united in cooperatives, the task of which is the sale of products, delivery of compound feeds, animal care, veterinary medicine, economics and accounting. We are trying to enlist the support of the Legislative Assembly of the Leningrad Region.
