The fact that Matvienko will be issued a visa of limited action was reported to RBC on Tuesday . As explained, the issuance of such visas is the usual practice "in relation to people whom the United States is considered undesirable for being on its territory", however, with the presence of which they are forced to put up, due to the fact that these persons are invited along the UN line.

Earlier information appeared that the United States completely refused Matvienko on a visa , but the embassy refuted this information.
