The law of the mountains

The Chechen continues to hunt for Russian troops who committed crimes in Chechnya during the first and second Russian-Chechen wars, noted by the torture and murders of civilians. Two Chechen institutes are engaged in the search: the institute of blood feud (blood) and the state is the Chechen state, exactly so, judging not by the sign, but in fact. The Investigative Committee of Chechnya works, defiantly meticulously observing the laws of Russia. Moscow, for example, is covered with his requests, which is not possible to respond to. The main thing that interests the questions: where are they now, your heroes? There is no doubt that these two institutions have no secrets from each other. Captured by surprise, the highest army, police and other ranks are annoyed. In the descriptions of their condition, even the word "rabies" is found. In general, it cannot be said who is more alarmed: the Kremlin or suspects. What will the personnel of the army, police, etc., seeing how easily they throw it?

In Russia, there is an opinion that the Chechens do not consider Russian people - all, indiscriminately. In other words, Russia believes that for the Chechen is a topical thing such a thing as tribal responsibility. It would seem that if this is so, then they would have to kill all the Russians, despite their faces, why bother to search for specific culprits? In extreme cases, in the order of traditional blood feud, to execute any of the relatives of the criminal. But they just do not do this, and, it seems, quite consciously, fundamentally!

I know Chechen in life in Northern Kazakhstan, met with them during the First Chechen War. The strongest impression of staying on Chechen land is no hostility of simple Chechen to a simple Russian. I won’t be surprised if this is still true, although after the second war, they say, there were noticeably more Chechens, who had guilty for the entire Russian skop. The fact that they are looking for war criminals by name speaks for themselves, and much more than you can think. The conviction of collective responsibility is one of the oldest beliefs of man. It is perhaps the most accessible to the undeveloped consciousness.

Listen at least modern rural conversations. "They are there, in Petrovka (neighboring village), everyone is like this: a thief on a thief and a thief drives." There are many patriarchals, thick archaic in the Chechen structure. So the disassembled case can probably be considered a kind of paradox. Society, an adherent of antiquity, keeps up with the time in the denial of such an ancient establishment (see the Bible, look into the Qur'an!), As a tribal wine, without which the confessor of any of the great religions does not think justice.

The Law of the Mountains is not for Ukraine

The question of Ukraine breaks down from the language. What are its competent authorities doing? Is things starting, is the search for foreign war criminals, is there a corresponding database, will the suspects will ever begin and deliver them to Ukraine? And of course, the Patriotic Provider is purely interested in the rightrships and the like. How is they delivered or will this matter be put? After the Maidan-2, many thought that they would still have fear of those who have something to be afraid. It was not everyone believed that the militancy and skill of Bandera is a Soviet horror story, dragging to this day. It is now obvious that the killers from Russia walking along the Donbass will die in their beds-well, except that someone will end from unreasonable fear for their lives. The Law of the Mountains is not for Ukraine.

Firstly, there is no and, probably, there will not be enough strong general vengeful mood. Secondly, all state fabric will be saturated with the Moscow agent for a long time. Thirdly, the known movements of a rude anti-Russian sense are either created by Moscow itself, or are under its care. The population is indifferent to them. It is unlikely that in such conditions a conveyor of retaliation is possible, whoever serves it, the state or messengers of the people's elements.
