People are different, banal truth. But outside of interactions with each other, people cannot exist. The sum of interactions is created by society, a kind of hyper-organism, hyper-consciousness. And already society, along with nature, forms the conditions of the existence of each person.
Now let's look at how different people interact in society. There are a lot of different psychotypes described in the literature. There are types of temperaments (choleric, phlegmatic, sanguine, melancholy). There are extroverts and introverts. But not these categories determine the method and nature of interactions with others.
Here they are, these categories:
Egocentrianism (from other Greek εγώ- “I” and lat. Centrum- “center of the circle”)-the inability or unwillingness of the individual to consider differently than his own point of view, as worthy of attention. The perception of one’s point of view, as the only existing. The term is introduced into psychology by Jean Piaget to describe the features of thinking characteristic of children under the age of 8-10 years. [1] For various reasons, such a feature of thinking in varying degrees of severity can remain at a more mature age.
Empathy ( Greek ἐν - “c” + Greek. Πάθος - “passion”, “suffering”) - conscious empathy with the current emotional state of another person without losing the sensation of the external origin of this experience [1] . Accordingly, an empatted is a person with a developed ability to empathy.

The deficit of empathy turns us into egoists, Labier is convinced. And he believes that against the backdrop of globalization and the impending global crisis (caused by the exhaustion of natural resources, the deterioration of ecology and public health), this phenomenon will play a cruel joke with humanity. “Without empathy, humanity is doomed to extinction. Moreover, for extinction one by one - we simply understand the necessary each other, learn to communicate. We will not cope with any serious problem, whether it is another economic collapse or climatic crisis. ”
