The election time has come in Russia, the world of political activity blossomed with all colors. Parties argue with each other, who is better and more beautiful, who is worthy? I always looked at it as a presentation of comedians. And, however, who can you choose there? On the basis of what logic, what conclusions? Make a choice between loud and doubly loud?! But the moment came, and I myself turned out to be a candidate for deputies of the City Duma. Honestly, absolutely everything outraged me: in the procedures, and in the work of the election commission, and in the usual methods of working with citizens, in absolutely everything. It was a kind of cognitive dissonance: you expect one, but in reality you observe completely different!
It is well known: in Russia, the majority of the population perceive the elections as a little interesting formality. This is explainable, twenty years of lies, disappointments and vain efforts of the truth -seekers destroyed hope. We stopped not only to believe, but also to hope. And if there is no hope for the best, it remains only to deny the very need for struggle. One thing is important for me: a clear calculation is traced.
After all, who can be beneficial to this state of affairs? My opinion is unequivocal - only the current government. It thus excludes all competition. No one will fight, no one will claim a “raped” chair! But how to develop society in conditions when it froze in silence? The people are not able to answer this question, but the Kremlin is still satisfied with everything. I would call the state of affairs in our country as follows: hyperinflation of suffrage.
This right today costs 1000 rubles. Where does this figure come from? In such an amount, one of the inhabitants of my district appreciated his right to choose. The man directly told me: “Come on, as in the last election, a thing and take a passport, for whom you want, I will vote for that!” Honestly, I am ashamed of such people. But they are to blame - in the main thing - not them, but a system that is beneficial.
Once the elections promised to hold honestly. The people - for the first time - believed and expected that he could honestly vote for a better life. But voters were deceived. Even if the facts of direct fraud did not surf with, then the unconscious you will not get anywhere. And it turns out that we feel deceived. We feel that they stole something with us. Now imagine that this is so many times.
There will be Vasya or there will be Petya, "what is the point of voting, you still can’t change anything"
Disappointment, loss of hope?! Yes. The voter invests his hope for the best future in the elections. If the choice is made, but there is no result, then disappointment and demotivation come. Then a reflex is produced, which does not allow to perceive the elections at all. This is a reflex of apoliticality, when everyone doesn’t care - there will be Vasya or there will be Petya, "what is the point of voting, you still can’t change anything." I would call this process a "devaluation of electoral rights"; This process, conducted by power, leads to absolutely depreciating the suffrage itself.
I do not agree with the majority claiming that our votes will not change anything. If they do not change anything, then why are whole armies of political strategists, party and other comrades close to power, do not sleep at night during the election? Because in their souls there is a fear that the people will go and vote for the one for whom they will pleases to vote. This fear is based on a clear sense: once they will not be able to force citizens to vote as the authorities should. And if they are afraid, then there is every reason to argue that the assumption "does not make sense to vote, our voice does not decide anything" - just a myth invented by political strategists.
On the basis of my "candidate" experience in the election campaign in Krasnodar, I want to analyze whether an ordinary person can nominate his candidacy, will he manage to win? Frankly, I evaluate my chances and the likelihood of a positive outcome only 10%, simply because there are obstacles to incredible heights in the way. Starting with the submission of documents: you are faced with the absolute indifference of the election commission. The most common answer to any question: "Look at the stand and read the law, so everything is written!"
No one knows for sure, no one wants to answer for anything. But the main thing that accompanies this whole process is absolute indifference. No one will give you a consultation, no one will help! But if you make a mistake in submitting documents twice, then you will not be allowed to the elections. And who defined these "twice"? Why not "22 times"? I'm not saying that there are a lot of subjective points in the work of the election commission when the candidate is completely dependent on the mood of its chairman.
We all saw this electoral shame when the team of Mr. Navalny was not allowed to compete in the election. Why? All the same reason - because the authorities are not ready to compete, the government has become ineffective in every sense. Fear overcomes them - so they are building the barricades of lies.
And so, let's say, by some miracle, you registered and became a candidate for deputies, while you have no more than 40,000 rubles for an election campaign. And here you understand that you are opposed by a powerful car of the United Russia party. This is money, this is a large paid asset, and you are an ordinary person, except a couple of like -minded people, no one else. It turns out that your main competitor is the current deputy who, even under the Soviet regime, worked at a high post in the city administration, then is breaking in the city Duma and has a huge administrative resource, which he uses with pleasure. Here's how to fight? How to defeat a big opponent? You can defeat only with stubborn daily work.
As soon as the rival understands that you are not just participating, but also want to win, interesting adventures begin. The elders in the house do not let your agitators into the porches, pull out from the mailboxes and throw out your campaign materials. Threats come to you. Suspicious personalities follow you - and the same with enviable constancy. Gossip is distributed about you, especially if it is impossible to get compromising evidence. Some "friends" try to substitute you under a criminal article, provoking illegal actions. Now I will ask you: is this the very selective equality that is so praised in our legislation?
All that I described - I felt over the past two weeks. And with this, our legislation offers to cope with a pensioner, student, housewife, who, I am sure, would be of great benefit to our society and the country than these "clots" of mercantiles in its purest form?! Most of the candidates simply do not want problems and will come from the distance. Now imagine that all this happens in conditions when people believe: "What is the point of voting, you still can’t change anything!" Not only do you have to fight competitors, but you should also revive faith and hope in people.
There is no selective equality in Russia, there is no free elections! What kind of free elections can we talk about when, without exception, all employees of the current administration of the region and the city say that they will ride me and they will steal the result?! Hope dies when you hear from a large person from the administration of the region, which, as it turned out, is not indifferent: “Do not worry and do not be upset, Vanka, there will be no honest elections, they will throw you and that’s all! The acting governor must be made by the governor, and the prarosov will make deputies for the company!” And I understand that there is truth in these words - the Kremlin will not risk control over an important region. It will be necessary to prevent honest elections, otherwise the inhabitants of the Kuban will suddenly take and vote freely.
