Why is the metropolitan debarkader, in which the educational center worked a year ago, stands in the deaf of the forest near Moscow
“My grandfather was the captain of the first rank, went on a ship in the Black Sea and in childhood convinced me that he was actually a pirate, and I, accordingly, was the granddaughter of Pirate. A debrkader is almost a ship, only does not know how to swim on his own. It is attached to the shore with ropes and keeps afloat, ”says Elena. In 1998, her husband Mikhail transported a floating pier to Strogino. On the basis of the Debarkader, the educational center has opened. He was visited by a variety of children: someone came to in-depth classes, and someone simply refused to attend a regular school and began to study again on a debark. “The lessons here were built on role -playing models. Instead of cramming dates on the history of ancient Greece, the guys wrote poetry with a hexameter, organized "folk assemblies." Teachers believed that it was necessary to study in practice. ”

The house on the water has been here for several months and during this time I managed to become technically autonomous. Photo: Denis Sinyakov“Here is more careful. See what is on our ceiling? This is a special motor. A couple of years ago, children built robots who moved with this thing, ”says Daniel’s son. He had long graduated from the school on the debarkoder, and now he has become one of its teachers. “We even had our own computer club for some time. The guys came there to play racing and shooters, and we told them - look at that’s what we still have here. And there are robots. And they gradually departed from the games and began to collect mechanisms with us, teach physics, make drawings and model, and then came to our school. There were serious projects for high school students: we developed 3D printers, studied their features. One of our students later made a whole stand about 3D printing in Sokolniki. ”
On the left: “I still clearly remember this feeling: wet spring, I stand in the dark at the stop. I have a warm jacket, an umbrella above my head, the lanterns illuminate the road: “This is all now my house, and there is no other one,” Elena Kozarinova talks about how she first ended up on a debarrie and met her future husband Mikhail-one of the ideologists of the movement of innovative teachers and the owner of the house on the water. The school worked in Strogin for fifteen years, but this spring officials forced teachers to leave Moscow. The commission arrived at the debarkader and drew up acts, after which she sent them for examination to St. Petersburg. There they issued a verdict that the house on the water is in disrepair. The debarkader in two scores lost the status of the vessel and stopped defending himself with the norms of the Water Code. Despite the failures, the teachers hoped to solve all issues through the courts, but after the meeting, already in the corridor, the judge said: “Of course, we understand your situation, but we were lowered on top of this issue to make decisions like this, otherwise they can simply be distorted me.” So the Moscow River was cleaned from all debrosets indiscriminately.
The daughter of Mikhail Nasisikaya spends summer on a debarroder. At her disposal toys, books and cat Alice. In the fall, Nasya will go to Moscow and see friends after a long holiday. Photo: Denis Sinyakov“The usual hard workers who arrived to tow the debarkader were frightened. According to the documents, the ship is in disrepair, and here are people. The house on the water was driven to the middle of the backwater and left for the night: they checked whether the ship would have a roll, whether there are holes. They did not find anything, Debarkader calmly reached Tishkov near Moscow. The workers also had to talk about the forgery of documents. ”
Finding a debarkader in the region is now not easy. “If earlier the student spent half an hour on the road, now it is almost three. First, you need to sit on an electric train, then wait for the bus that goes once an hour, and then walk through the forest to the river. It is clear that the people just stopped coming here, ”says Mikhail.

The bus in Tishkovo goes very rarely - for meeting guests and trips for products, teachers have a scooter.“Under Luzhkov, we won eight ships, this year - we lost everything. We were kicked out of Moscow, but new problems appeared in Tishkov. Getting up near the local camp site, we agreed with them on the lease and regularly paid this amount until the “owners” came to us. They said that they bought the right to collect taxes from this territory at the auction, so we should not pay tax taxes. At this time, we made a role -playing game about the Middle Ages on the works of one academic historian. He just describes the absolute monarchy, a system of athletes there. It was in that era that the royal authorities sold the right to collect taxes at the auction. We did not think that this could happen again today. Having moved to the suburbs, we ended up in the "New Middle Ages". At the end of the season, we will have to leave this place and hit the road again.
We are joking here that the fairy tale "Chipollino" is about us. Sobyanin is Prince Lemon. Liksutov is a Signor Tomato that takes a house from a pumpkin. Moreover, he does not really need the house himself, so he gives it to his “barbobes”. Well, the old man leaves into the forest. And we leave - just like in the fairy tale of Janni Rodari. ”
The Debarkader, who lost his place of parking in Moscow, was temporarily moored in the bay near the village of Tishkova. After moving, the teachers had new problems, this time already with officials near Moscow, so in the fall the house on the water will go on the next trip to find a new harbor. Photo: Denis Sinyakov
