The history of the vanquished, as you know, is written by the winners. A good question: who will write the history of the losers of Russian citizens in the economic war of the country's leadership against the whole world and their own people? Gaps of shells in eastern Ukraine; streams of weapons and recruited "volunteers" there and the flow of embittered veterans a rescue with the coffins back; rudeness of Russian politicians at international meetings; Their ill -conceived economic and social decisions directly affect the financial situation of Russian citizens.

My Nizhnevartovsk is a city far from world events. This city, standing on oil money, is a city of clean streets and green spaces, a city of expensive foreign cars and decent welfare by Russian standards - is immersed in depression. Oil is getting cheaper day by day, the well -being of the zero years has gone the past. Prices for foods are rising, around more and more people unemployed and engaged in the shadow economy. These are guards, unofficially hired by countless choles and Choo, and pensioners of working specialties that work in the "shabes". They are added to them a growing number of refugees from Ukraine, working where they will have: sellers, loaders, bouncers. The other day I met a citizen of Ukraine born in 1951, working at his age! -The installer of the Internet provider Pride . At the same time, there are fewer low -paid labor migrants - they no longer see in Russia opportunities for earnings and more often than in handy or wipers, they probably are recruited to the Islamic State. After the introduction of international economic sanctions, Russia has ceased to be interesting for Halliburton and Rutherford oil companies: only occasionally foreign specialists visit Nizhnevartovsk, and even then only for a brief time.

Russia crawls down in the ratings of successful education, favorable conditions for scientists, low taxes for business, but rises in countries with a weakening and unstable national currency, countries where AIDS dynamics are growing with explosive pace. For my friend who recently visited the Czech Republic, a man far from politics, was a shock this situation: he was refused to serve in a restaurant, and then they pointed out the door while trying to rent a house for the time of vacation. For a proposal to pay more - they offered to fail inhabitants, grabbing Russian troops from Ukraine. Returning home, my friend asks: what is he, an ordinary Russian engineer, is related to big politics and war in Ukraine? What do the Czechs have to do with all this? What, the money that he could pay is not needed?

This is what the majority of citizens in Russia are thinking about this. Yes, they are behind the Crimea, for the "struggle with the Nazis" in Ukraine and in general Putin - "Of course, the head!" But the apartment, put up for sale before the collapse of the ruble exchange rate, costs not 60, but only 27 thousand dollars. Here the Ugra authorities approve the new standards for the maintenance of local governments in Nizhnevartovsk: officials added 16 million rubles compared to last year, and in 2014 more than a billion took them. At the same time, only 407 million rubles are allocated to 146 officially recognized by the victims of the recent flooding of families (this is 596 people). In reality, 27 thousand people and over 9 thousand houses suffered from a natural disaster.

I hope that gradually it begins to "reach" to people what's what. But in general, for some reason, it was difficult for citizens of Russia to understand that they are responsible not only for the greatness of the country and its Putin regime in the cult of imaginary and real successes in the past and present, but also for the mistakes and crimes of the country's leadership. That they are responsible for the Fars Processing Procedure-in particular, the elections of the heads of local settlements of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug, the next session of which will be held on September 13; For the fact that the country, whose main source of income is export oil, was not able to overcome the wave of aggressive narcissism, hatred to the West, and the desire to give it to it.

Many of my friends love computer games, American series or Japanese animated series - about superheroes, vampires, witches, about anything. They look, download, retell, wait for new episodes. But at the same time on TV, they are happy to watch how they destroy the "vile western products" from the sanctions lists. They believe that ugly America and Europe are dirty to great Russia that they want to doom the death. Citizens receive information about politics and their own life, connecting to the Russian propaganda apparatus, and entertainment remains "Western". This is brilliant: to entertain citizens at the expense of those who buy the main export resources of Russia and at the same time the buyer himself to build a deadly enemy to the rank of a dead enemy. And no one asks himself a question - why the United States imposes sanctions against different sectors of the Russian economy, but at the same time, the Kremlin’s jupil, the Russia Today TV channel freely works in Washington? After all, this channel is the most natural "foreign agent". And a real hunt was declared for a foreign one in Russia - a zealous TV presenter from Nizhnevartovsk Konstantin Shcherbina arranged a demonstration of French cheese and pork prohibited in Russia, regretting that there was no mobile crematorium in Nizhnevartovsk. How can citizens of Russia break through the cocoon of the information vacuum, if many of them do not even suspect their limiting framework when they are deprived of the right to choose? Lack of equality of opportunities is one of the main troubles of Russia. This applies to everyone: to those who are looking for work, and to those who are looking for the opportunity to receive information from various sources.
