Yury Plyasulya, one of the detainees in the Friendship Park this morning, told OVD-Info that he and activist Grigory Rashkov were brought to the Golovinsky District Court about 20 minutes ago. According to the detained defender of the park, reports on administrative offenses were drawn up against both activists under Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (disobedience to the lawful order of a police officer). Cases against activists will be heard by Judge Yevgeny Bazarov.
Plyasulya and Rashkov filed a motion to postpone the consideration of the case in order to involve lawyers in the process, since at the moment the detainees do not have defenders.
Recall that early this morning in Friendship Park, where local residents oppose the construction of a commercial sports facility, two people were detained during active clashes between the park's defenders and the arrived PSC employees. Activist Polina Gershberg, a disabled person of the third group, was hospitalized with a traumatic brain injury.
