Parents of Moscow preschoolers are concerned about the new menu, which began to act in kindergartens since September 2015. The diet has been significantly reduced: for example, instead of 50 grams of bread, kindergartens now get pieces of 20 grams, instead of 200 grams of porridge - 150, and portions of pasta and stewed cabbage have also decreased. But carrot cutlets, squash caviar and potatoes with salted cucumbers, who, according to their parents, "children just hated," returned to the menu.

The diet unilaterally changed the official supplier of food to Moscow gardens and schools - the company "Concord ". Her representatives have not yet been contacted. Earlier, Radio Liberty talked about the fact that Concord was headed by a friend and former personal cook of President Vladimir Putin Evgeny Prigozhin, and his holding finances the "troll factory" in Olgino near St. Petersburg.

- I brought the child to kindergarten on September 2. I always read the menu at the entrance, because I know that the dishes can change. So it was repeatedly. There may be some violations, and therefore I always pay attention to the menu. I saw that the menu has changed. The “output” has become smaller, the amount of bread was reduced, some incomprehensible, unknown “drink” appeared.

- What does it mean - there is less bread?

Limiting children in bread is not fine at all

- Previously, for breakfast and for lunch they gave two types of bread, for example, there were 40 grams of bread - 20 grams of white and 20 grams of black, there was also grain bread. Now it is only 20 grams per meals. Despite the fact that if it is breakfast, then oil is smeared with bread or cheese is placed, that is, it is as part of the sandwich. Many children in the gardens do not eat well, but they always eat bread. Therefore, limiting children in bread is not great at all.

- How else has the diet changed since September?

The new menu does not comply with sanitary standards

- I began to study the menu already more professionally, opened “sanitary rules and norms for preschool institutions” , and even in a cursory glance the new menu does not meet these norms. I went to the manager and asked for a new menu, she brought me completely the whole pack of new menu, and I read everything. Since I have been food for a long time, I realized that the changes are very unpleasant. Then I contacted the supplier representatives, this is the power plant that feeds our kindergarten and our district. I requested a menu in electronic form and documents confirming that this menu can be used, documents for Rospotrebnadzor. I was sent in electronic form the menu that I studied and realized how incorrect it is, let's say.

- What is wrong with the new menu?

- Yes, at least the volume of portions - in our sanitary rules there is a mandatory norm - this is the norm of the volume of each meal. For example, breakfast should be 350-450 grams, this is the total amount of food. If you look at this menu, then on the first day we see on the menu - 280 grams of the total amount of food, the second day - 240 grams, the third day is 280 grams. We understand that there is a shortage. The porridge was 200 grams, and it became 120. The bread was 40, it became - 20. Omlets, casseroles - the volume of portions was reduced. Then we look at dinners. For children 3-7 years old, the lower boundary of the dinner volume is 450 grams. Here the dinners go along the lower border. Even the number of soup decreased. The porridge was 200 grams, it became 120, the water was 300 grams, it became 200 grams. The pasta that are boiled on the side dish - it was 150 grams, and there were 100. Bitchens, for example, meat or fish, was 70 grams, it became 50. Stewed cabbage, the cheapest dish, it was 150 grams, it became 100 grams. Prior to this, the menu had jelly and compotes of freshly frozen berries, now jelly is prepared from packaged juice.

- Who made such a decision specifically, who decided to reduce portions?

- We still have state contracts that were concluded in 2013, they were concluded for 3 years, that is, the deadline for their end is December 2015. Now we are working on the old state contract. We are talking about Concor, now they actually feed all of Moscow. And they have performers-these are power plants "Social food-north", "social food-southeast" and so on. And the defendant and the contractor of the state contract is the company "Concor".

-Do you pay something for kindergarten food?

- Officially - no. As we are told, food is paid from the city budget. But now, when they increase payment for a kindergarten, if you look at the calculation formula, the parental fee also includes food costs. Officially, we do not pay anything with a separate line. Coach for kindergarten - 2200 rubles per month.

- What is most outraged by you in this situation?

--- First, the menu changed without any reason, changed suddenly, without warning anyone without informing. This menu sharply worsens the quality of children's nutrition. The menu appeared dishes against which parents fought in 2012. For example, carrot crockers. This, in fact, is carrot cutlets with raisins, they are complex in cooking technology, and children do not want to eat them. There are dishes that children obviously will never eat, for example, the squash caviar of their own preparation. This is just a burda from stewed, frozen zucchini, with a drop of tomato paste and salt. It is tasteless, it looks disgusting, and the children do not eat it. Now in the yard autumn, cucumbers, tomatoes are a penny. Give the children three cucumber circles! Reduced the number of fruits, vegetable salads. I understand, a crisis, a decrease in expenses, but when you are preparing a menu, I think, it’s not a crisis, but of irresponsibility and desire to earn money.

- Why is there no mass indignation of parents about this?

-I now posted information in groups on Facebook in order to somehow notify my parents that the food has changed. Half writes: "Come on, everything is fine with us! We asked the manager." There is an unspoken indication - not to notify about it especially parents. And most parents do not know that the new menu, that all food has changed, they simply do not know. And only now they begin to unsubscribe and say that "really, really, I came up, the menu has changed, where to complain." You need to go to the director of the complex.
