Saudi Arabia, as, however, Kuwait, the UAE, Qatar and Bahrain, did not open its boundaries for refugees - they, as you know, did not accept one.

The mood in the Saudi delegation that flew to Washington, despite the surrounding murderous luxury surrounding her, was much closer to the sensations that reigned among the refugees. Probably, this can be characterized by a word confusion. The Saudi Royal Family is completely indifferent to the fate of the running Syrians: we would have to understand our problems, said diplomats from Riyadh.

The country of the Persian Gulf was covered by oil panic. For many months now, oil prices have been falling, and the authorities of all oil producing countries stubbornly repeat that they will not do anything about this. OPEC, in the words of one Arab diplomat, resembles a basket of a balloon, which falls to the ground at great speed. All passengers understand that they can be saved only if someone sacrifices himself and throws up. But everyone is paralyzed by fear, and everyone is waiting for someone else to jump down.
