In April, the head contractor of construction - FSUE Dalspetsstroy under the special construction of Russia - demanded more than 1 billion rubles from the Pacific bridge -building company through the court. According to the investigation, their criminal acts in 2012-2013 caused damage in the amount of at least 1.8 billion rubles to the budget. In the framework of this case, the former chairman of the legislative Duma of the Khabarovsk Territory Viktor Chudov is also accused.
Vostochny cosmodrome has been built in the Amur Region near the village of Uglegorsk since 2012. The work is carried out with a great lag behind the schedule. The beginning of manned flights from the cosmodrome has already been postponed from 2018 to 2020.
