
The Central Bank during the last two inspections of the Admiraltysky bank doubted the presence of the volume of precious metals declared by the credit institution. During the audit, the bank was found "Metal Gold", Banki.ru writes, citing a source familiar with the situation.
The publication notes that as of August 1, precious metals in the amount of 400 million rubles were included in the highly liquid assets of the bank. The last audit of the Central Bank was held at the bank in the first half of August.
Another source of the portal, familiar with the situation in a credit institution, said that shortly before the recall of the Admiralteysky license, he offered corporate clients to withdraw funds from the commission with a commission of 30%.
On the morning of Friday, the Bank of Russia decided to withdraw a license from the Admiraltysky bank. The reason for the recall in the message of the Central Bank is the failure to fulfill laws on banking, violation of regulatory acts on counteracting the legalization of income received by criminal means, as well as financing.
In September 2015, the bank actually stopped serving its customers. The leadership and owners of the credit institution were self -destroyed by the bank management and did not take effective measures to normalize its activities, added to the Central Bank.
On the eve of the Bank "Admiralty", searches began in the framework of a criminal case of illegal banking. According to the representative of the Moscow police, the investigative actions are aimed at "establishing persons involved in the commission of a crime, as well as all circumstances in a criminal case."
Earlier this week, the TSB disconnected the bank from the BESP electronic payment system.
