Party Parnassus did not go to the Legislative Assembly of the Kostroma region - the only region where the demo department was allowed to participate in the elections. According to the Central Election Commission, with a turnout of 39.9 percent per “United Russia”, almost 53 percent of voters voted in the region, for the Communist Party - 14.6, for “fair Russia” - 9.8, 8.9 for the LDPR.

"Communists of Russia", "Yabloko" and Parnassus did not overcome the 5 percent barrier. According to the results of processing, half of the ballots Parnas scored, according to the CEC, 1.25 percent. The Governor of the Kostroma region was re -elected by Uneneros Sergey Sitnikov - according to official figures, he gained about 70 percent of the vote.

According to Ilya Yashin, the head of the Parnassus list in Kostroma, in separate city plots, the demoralization gained 10 percent of the vote. “Do not compare with the villages, where we have about 1.5%,” Yashin wrote on Twitter. “It is clear that we are not passing; but we work to the end,” Leonid Volkov, head of the election headquarters, wrote , in turn.

Later, Yashin recognized the defeat on his Facebook page. “The real result is Parnas, excluding stuffing and falsifications with the homeless vote above the official figure, but not significant,” he wrote. “We did not overcome the five percent barrier.”

The main reason for this list was called the propaganda campaign deployed by the authorities against Parnassus.

On the day of the election, the police searched in a private apartment, where the headquarters of Open Russia observers were located. The police said that they received a message about the murder committed in the apartment. Anti -Maidan activists and Llifenews crew with them arrived with them. 260 thousand rubles were seized at the headquarters. The founder of Open Russia, Mikhail Khodorkovsky, wrote on Twitter that this money was intended to make a deposit for the head of the Parnassus headquarters Andrei Pivovarov, detained in the criminal case of unlawful access to computer information.

13 activists of Open Russia, who were at the headquarters, were taken to the police and released after a personal inspection. They, in turn, filed complaints against the illegal actions of the security forces.

In total, on a single voting day, the elections to regional and local authorities, as well as local referendums, took place in 81 of 83 regions of the country, as well as in Crimea and Sevastopol. In the territories controlled by the Kremlin, more than 10.7 thousand votes were held. The governor of the Kemerovo region Aman Tuleyev was re -elected with a record result. According to official figures, he scored 96.69 percent of the vote with a turnout of 92.13 percent.

The Irkutsk region became the only region where the current governor received less than half the vote - 49.6 percent of voters voted for Unicorn Sergei Eroshchenko. A candidate from the Communist Party Sergey Levchenko with 36.6 percent of the vote also entered the second round. Since 2012, the governor's elections in two rounds have not been held in Russia.
