
The prosecutor's office filed an appeal for the acquittal of four out of five defendants in the “high -altitude case”. This was reported by the Moscow Agency.
The verdict in the case was issued on September 10 by the judge of the Tagansky district court of Moscow Marina Orlova. Rufer Vladimir Podrezov received 2 years 3 months of a general regime under paragraph “b” of part 2 of article 213 (hooliganism committed by a group of persons based on political and ideological hatred) and part 5 of Article 33 - part 2 of Article 214 of the Criminal Code (aiding in vandalism, committed by a group of persons).
The remaining four defendants - Beisjampers Alexander Pogrebov, Alexei Shirozhukhov, Evgenia Korotkova and Anna Lepeshkina - were justified by accusations of both hooliganism and vandalism. Orlova recognized them the right to rehabilitation ( 
Earlier, during the trial, Beisjampers said they were not related to the action that he was charged with. Invali in court only admitted to the fact that he spent the Ukrainian Rufer Pavel (Grisha Mustang) to the building of the Ukrainian Rufer, who actually held the action.
During the trial, the cuts also abandoned his testimony on Beisjampers recorded in the case, explaining that he had stipulated the athletes under the pressure of the investigator. According to the observers, it was this statement by Podrezov that finally convinced Orlov of the innocence of the other four defendants.

According to the plot of the case, a bruise and cuts on the night of August 20, 2014 penetrated the roof of a skyscraper.
