
The Avtozavodsk District Court of Nizhny Novgorod terminated the proceedings in the criminal case on insulting the sister of the model Natalya Vodyanova Oksana in connection with the reconciliation of the parties, Interfax reports the court message.
They came to such a decision in court during a preliminary hearing. The criminal case was opened under Article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (humiliation of human dignity).
According to investigators, on August 11, a 48-year-old employee of the Flamingo cafe Akhmidiy Ginyaz oglu Bayramov, “worrying about the image of the institution,” asked to leave the cafe Oksana Vodyanov, who was diagnosed with autism and cerebral palsy.
It was claimed that he expressed humiliating things regarding the girl. On August 17, the man was detained , then he pleaded guilty and filed a request for consideration of the case in a special order.
After the incident with the sister of the world famous model, the owner of the cafe Svetlana Mamedova decided to temporarily close the institution. Boris Krokhin, director of the Avtozavodsky Park in which the cafe, also spoke about plans to close Flamingo.
