Briefly for reasons
second round
In the Irkutsk region:
The headquarters of the Governor’s team on the “inconspicuous campaign” (the governor is engaged in current work) in the context of real competition. "Sobyaninsky scenario" in its pure form;
The pumping of the governor’s electbiability (“without any problems wins in the first round by a wide margin”) demotivated the pro -government voters, and the protesters were charged and came almost in full force;
A weak game with the composition of the candidates - Levchenko allowed to almost monopolize the protest electorate;
Systemic negative campaign against the governor, in the absence of the same negative campaign against Levchenko;
Kondrashov factor in Irkutsk. You can’t just remove the popular mayor and not offer him anything. As a result, he will inevitably be in the camp of opponents;
Weather on the day of voting (heat + 30 degrees).
The chances in the second round are 50 to 50. Especially considering the fact that the acting governor will be very difficult to avoid the debate one on one.
I think excellent news from the point of development of democracy in the country, and from the point of view of the interests of the political technological workshop, especially since they coincide.
