Mikhai volunteer died

On the night of September 15, in Chisinau at the age of 81 after a serious illness, actor Mikhai Volunteer died.

Mikhai Volunteer was born in Bessarabia in 1934, graduated from a pedagogical school, taught at school, and headed a rural club.

In the late 1950s, he entered the Aleksandry Music and Drama Theater of the Musical and Drama Theater (now the National Theater named after Vasile Alexandri), later became the actor of this theater.

The volunteer played about 120 main roles in the theater. His debut in the cinema took place in 1968 in the film “Need a Gatehouse”. There are more than 30 films in the filmography of the actor, including “This moment” (1968), “Ten Winter in one Summer” (1969), “Cool” (1970), “This is a sweet word-freedom” (1972), “The case in the square 36-80” (1982), “Werewolf traces” (1986), “Remained” (1988) (1989) (1989).

Wide fame to the volunteer brought the role of the Gypsy Budulay in the multi -part film "Gypsies" (1979). The film was a great success with the audience, and in 1985 it came out to continue, "The Return of Budulai." In 1988, Mikhai Volunteer received the title of People's Artist of the USSR. The actor played the last role in the cinema in 2003 in the film "Chandra".
