St. Petersburg Nazi Bondarik was arrested according to the 282nd article

Bondarik is charged with the publication in VKontakte xenophobic post. It is known that the recording was placed on the night of March 31, that is, before the court’s sentence in the previous case. In accordance with this sentence, the Nazis was forbidden to use the Internet for three years.

On October 16, 2013, Bondarik was detained , and the next day - arrested. After the arrest, Bondarik found a closed form of tuberculosis. The deadline for the conclusion of the accused in jail was repeatedly extended, but on July 28, 2014, the St. Petersburg City Court canceled the decision on the next extension of the Bondarik of the arrest.
