According to Anna Bondarik, her husband was charged under Part 1 of Article 282 (inciting hatred or enmity, as well as humiliation of human dignity). Under the law, these actions are punishable by a fine of up to 300 thousand rubles or imprisonment for up to 4 years.

“We were confused, because now he has a sentence: he is forbidden to use the Internet, communicate with the media, and participate in actions. He was charged for a post on VKontakte - maybe it’s not even his entry, but a repost, ”said Bondarik’s wife.

Recall that on April 24, 2015, Bondarik was sentenced to 1.5 years of probation with a probationary period of 3 years. Bondarik was arrested in 2013 on suspicion of organizing provocations during the Eid al-Adha holiday in St. Petersburg.
