Nikolai Bondarik was arrested for two months

Nationalist Nikolai Bondarik, who was detained on September 17 in St. Petersburg, was arrested for two months, until November 16. It is reported by RAPSI . This decision was made yesterday by the Kalininsky District Court of St. Petersburg.

Bondarik was charged under Part 1 of Article 282 (incitement of hatred or enmity, as well as humiliation of human dignity).

According to investigators, on the night of March 31, while in the apartment of one of the houses on Akademika Konstantinov Street, Bondarik posted a message in open public access on the VKontakte social network aimed at inciting hatred and enmity.

Recall that on April 24, 2015, the Kalininsky District Court of St. Petersburg found Bondarik guilty under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code and sentenced to 1.5 years of suspended liberty and 3 years of probation, with a ban during this period to use the Internet, speak in the press and participate in actions and marches. The verdict entered into force in August this year.

Bondarik was arrested in 2013 on suspicion of organizing provocations during the Eid al-Adha holiday in St. Petersburg.
