"The center of gravity of political life has moved to the Kostroma region," said Dmitry Medvedev, commenting on the election. The reason for such a political and geographical anomaly was that in this small region, in the only whole vast Russia, the Party of Evil Oppositionists with a suspicious name Parnas was allowed to elections, one of the co-chairs of which was the murdered Boris Nemtsov. Having localized all the evil at one point, the authorities were able to pull all his strength there and win: Parnassus did not go in Kostroma.

It is difficult to say that from the above political scientist Chadaev considers signs of unprecedented freedom. However, he to some extent gives an explanation of his euphoria. Here is what he writes: "And, oddly enough," more democracy does not mean "less patriotism." Multiparty, competitive elections, a dialogue of power with civil society, joint procedures for monitoring the purity of voting - all this, as it turned out, is perfectly amenable to import substitution. "

“Import substitution of democracy” - this is what, it turns out, caused such a powerful ejection of the “hormone of happiness” into the head of a political scientist Chadaev, with which hormone he generously shared with the rest of the Russians. We have already talked about multi-party and competitive elections in Russian, now-about the "dialogue of power with civil society." This is marvelous Russians could see in their TVs last week in full growth. On all channels, they showed how Putin gathered some people in a circle, among whom were the ministers of the Russian government, and arranged for some ministers to catch up in the spirit of a strict teacher of kindergarten, who menacingly asks the kids whether they washed their hands before eating, and even demands to present clean palms.

“Yes, we washed his hands with soap, Maryavvanna,” the Minister of Finance Anton Siluanov and Chairman of the Central Bank Elvira Sahibzadovna Nabiullina, trying to give the correct answer to the question where they store their personal savings, saying, nobody, marineanna, only in Russian banks, keep that we do not understand the moment we don’t understand the moment.

It is strange that Putin did not demand from the members of the government immediately to present a means of contraception and the personal hygiene that they use for universal popular review and a thorough verification. Apparently, this will be done at the next bunch of the All -Russian Popular Front. After all, it was this unprecedented "Institute of Civil Society" that political scientist Chadaev meant when he wrote about the "dialogue of power."

Of particular joy to the political scientist Chadaev was caused by the circumstance, that "impressive paradox" that "there was more real democracy in Russia precisely when relations with the West were at the lowest point from the beginning of the 1990s." Judging by where our relationship moves not only with the West, but with the whole world, soon there will be one continuous democracy in Russia, that is, there will be nothing but all -consuming democracy.

However, the “hormones of happiness”, which in abundance were thrown away by the dying economy and politics of Russia last week, penetrated the heads of most employees of the Russian media and the vast majority of political scientists. Particularly a lot of this drug went to the political scientist Vladimir Lepikhin, who, apparently, did not come to consciousness from an overdose, published an article under the name of RIA Novosti in the main state information agency: "The United States is losing friends and allies, but Russia is overgrown with them."

The main thesis of the article: "In relation to the world community to the United States, it seems, there has been a fracture. More and more countries distance from Washington and unfold towards Moscow."

We will not about the United States, since the Russian press and experts have buried it so many times that it is even somehow embarrassed to talk about the deceased, and there is absolutely nothing to say good about this country about this country, as everyone in Russia.

The main sign of "an increasing number of countries unfolding towards Moscow", political scientist Lepakhin called the CSTO summit, which took place last week.

This is a powerful organization in which at first there were nine countries, then for some reason only six remains. At first it was called the Tashkent Pact, since the contract was signed in Tashkent. But since Uzbekistan from the CSTO somehow completely retired in English, taking with him Georgia and Azerbaijan, this name, apparently, is no longer relevant. So, last week, Russia “overgrown” with the next friends and allies who “turned towards Moscow” and gathered in the Dushanbe to listen to Vladimir Putin. There, besides Putin himself, there were leaders of Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia and Tajikistan. This powerful heap, according to the political scientist Lepakhin, is apparently those who will carry out a "fracture in the world community."

As the elections held last Sunday showed, the policy in Russia died and is currently in a state of cadaveric ossification. Economics indicators are almost similar. In 2014, the share of oil, oil products and gas in the export of Russia increased to 66.3%. This is the highest indicator for the entire Soviet and post -Soviet history of the country. Two -thirds of exports produces less than 1% of the population. The rest actually live at the expense of this percentage.

In a small rat hallucination, happiness occurs within a few seconds after cardiac arrest. Russia is a slightly larger organism, due to which processes in this body last longer and have great inertia. It is difficult to say how many more dying political and economic structures in Russia will produce and broadcast through the media hormones of happiness, but for a long time this amazing anomaly cannot last.
