Judge of the Basmanny District Court of Moscow Arthur Karpov arrested the governor of Komi Vyacheslav Gaiser for a period until November 18, Interfax reports . Part 3 of Article 210 (the organization of a criminal community committed using its official position), which provides for from 15 to 20 years of the colony, and two episodes under part 4 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code (fraud on an especially large scale), the sanction of which is up to 10 years, was imposed. Chernov is charged with the same articles of the Code.

Another 13 defendants in the case, as of 12 days of Sunday, remained in the status of the suspects. Thus, the total number of defendants is 15 people. Meanwhile, on the eve of the investigation department reported 19 defendants.
