On September 17, Thursday in the apartment of the editor -in -chief of the site "Sputnik and Pogrom" Yegor Prosvirnin was a search. According to his lawyer Matvey Zen, the case under Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Exciting of hatred or enmity” applies to the material “for what we are, what will be and what will not happen” behind the authorship of Prosvirnin. During the search, all equipment and carriers of information were seized, Zen added.

The St. Petersburg nationalist Nikolai Bondarik was arrested. This happened after a search in his apartment. According to the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, he "posted on the VKontakte social network a message aimed at stimulating hatred and enmity." A criminal case has been instituted against Bondarik under Art. 282 of the Criminal Code.

The leader of the Ryazan branch of the party Parnas Yuri Bogomolov was a search due to the “insult” by a representative of the authorities. The “representatives of the authorities” were judges, whom he allegedly “insulted” on his page on the VKontakte social network. On September 18, Friday, the Samara court in absentia arrested the head of the Alternative to the Suppry of Konstantin Golav. The human rights activist is accused under Art. 282 - “The excitement of hatred or enmity” in relation to the group “Russian citizens of Russia” in the materials posted on the Internet. He is also put on the international wanted list - at the moment the goal is in Sweden, where he intends to ask for political asylum.

The Nizhny Novgorod court re -fined the committee against torture. NPO was obliged to pay 300 thousand rubles. for the “publication and distribution of materials” without indicating the status of “foreign agent”. Recall that in August the Committee against torture decided to self -destruction.
