The mysterious death of businessman Alexander Perepylichny became the basis for a judicial investigation in the UK

However, the attitude to the death of the Russian businessman changed when the insurance company, which shortly before his death insured five million pounds, initiated an Inksvest to find out the cause of the client’s death, since the insurance was for a huge amount.

The suspicions of the British authorities and the public intensified even more when the business partner of Alexander Perepylichnaya, the head of the Hermitage Capital Management investment fund Bill Bill Bright said that shortly before his death, the Russian businessman allegedly handed him documents testifying to the existence of fraudulent schemes to launder “dirty money” by employees of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs.

It also turned out that the capile was at one time a willingness to act as a witness in the court in the case of a lawyer of the company Hermitage Capital Sergey Magnitsky , who accused the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs of large fraud and who died in the Moscow pre -trial detention center from beatings and lack of medical care. Because he very actively insists on his participation in this matter and is very actively trying to combine the fate of Magnitsky, the investigation in his case, the fact of the theft of his money, with the case of the re -legal - in this way, to strengthen his work. But from my point of view, they are completely unrelated. I know the story of the peeping, what documents he handed over to William Brower and his lawyers. For a long time I was in constant contact with James Firestone. This is a lawyer from the Feinstone Dankan office, which represented the interests of Brauder and his two companies in Moscow.

- You say that you have a firm conviction that Alexander was killed. What are your conclusions based on poisoning, about the unnaturalness of death?

He received them from Vladlen Stepanov, the husband of the famous Olga Stepanova, who headed the 28th Moscow Tax Administration, through which all these wires of money passed, through which these 230 million dollars were returned, which later quickly disappeared from Russia. Therefore, he worked with Vladlen Stepanov for quite a long time. And when he transmitted copies of documents that belonged to the accounts of Vladlen Stepanov in Switzerland, then there was a very great danger that he would reveal the schemes through which the FSB and other Russian intelligence services withdrew money abroad.
