The mysterious death of businessman Alexander Perepylichny became the basis for a judicial investigation in the UK
In the UK, on September 21, a preliminary corler inquiry is read in the death case in the fall of 2012 near London of the Russian businessman Alexander Perepilichny, after which this case will follow. The British authorities have suspicions of the possible poisoning of the re -legal. His case is caused by a wide resonance against the background of parallel court hearings in London about the poisoning of the former FSB officer Alexander Litvinenko.
The coroner inquiry, called the Inkvest, is carried out in Britain in the case of sudden death under unclear circumstances. Alexander Perepylichny died in November 2012 at the age of 44 after the morning run in the village of Waybridge in the county of Surrei, where he lived with his family after receiving political asylum in the UK in 2010. A toxicological examination found chemical compounds in his body, which indicated the presence of a helcemia in the blood , a toxic plant causing asphyxia and subsequent paralysis. Symptoms of such poisoning are very similar to the clinical picture of death from a heart attack.
That is why the initial conclusion of a police pathologist said that the death of the peppillar occurred as a result of a cardiac arrest and that there were no involvement in his death of third parties. At that time, in 2012, this did not arouse suspicion. However, the attitude to the death of the Russian businessman changed when the insurance company, which shortly before his death insured five million pounds, initiated an Inksvest to find out the cause of the client’s death, since the insurance was for a huge amount.

The suspicions of the British authorities and the public intensified even more when the business partner of Alexander Perepylichnaya, the head of the Hermitage Capital Management investment fund Bill Bill Bright said that shortly before his death, the Russian businessman allegedly handed him documents testifying to the existence of fraudulent schemes to launder “dirty money” by employees of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs.
It also turned out that the capile was at one time a willingness to act as a witness in the court in the case of a lawyer of the company Hermitage Capital Sergey Magnitsky , who accused the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs of large fraud and who died in the Moscow pre -trial detention center from beatings and lack of medical care. On this basis, Bill Brauder, who considers the death of the revenge of the Russian special services, achieved recognition of his interested party in the beginning inquiry.
Now the conducting incorus in this case is the County of the County Surrey Richard Travex, after receiving additional examinations, intends to establish the true cause of the death of the Russian businessman, and in the event of his murder, to identify performers and customers. Intelligence historian and author of the book "Factory of KGB poisons: from Lenin to Litvinenko" Boris Volodarsky , who conducted his own investigation of the death of Alexander Perepilichny, believes that the peeping was definitely killed:

- The whole press completely erroneously connects the death of the peppilic with the Magnitsky and Hermitage Capital, which was headed and now heads in England, William Brauder. And I understand why he was considered a key witness. Because he very actively insists on his participation in this matter and is very actively trying to combine the fate of Magnitsky, the investigation in his case, the fact of the theft of his money, with the case of the re -legal - in this way, to strengthen his work. But from my point of view, they are completely unrelated. I know the story of the peeping, what documents he handed over to William Brower and his lawyers. For a long time I was in constant contact with James Firestone. This is a lawyer from the Feinstone Dankan office, which represented the interests of Brauder and his two companies in Moscow.
- You say that you have a firm conviction that Alexander was killed. What are your conclusions based on poisoning, about the unnaturalness of death?
All doctors, the entire commission that he passed completely confirmed - he was absolutely and completely healthy
- As, again, mistakenly, the entire world press reports, the so -called "Chinese poison" that stops the heart was allegedly discovered in his body. This is the famous Gelsemium Elegans plant extract. In fact, it is unknown for sure, it was Gelsemium Elegans or other varieties of the Helzemieva family. Nothing says that he was poisoned. It is possible that he was killed in another way.
But it is important that this was a completely healthy person who, a few days before his death, went through a special examination and received a certificate. Based on this examination and this certificate, he was insured by 5 million pounds. All doctors, the whole commission that he passed completely confirmed - he was absolutely and completely healthy. Otherwise, otherwise no insurance company would insure it by 5 million pounds.
There was a very great danger that he will open the schemes through which the FSB and other Russian intelligence services withdraw money abroad
And then a few days passed and suddenly he completely suddenly dies from heart arrest. He transmitted very important documents, I have their copies. In the Magnitsky case, they play a role in the exposure of the FSB actions to launder huge amounts of money, all schemes, how financial transactions were carried out, where this money went and through whom. It was very dangerous! Therefore, he met twice with representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, who talked with him. He was warned that he would abandon his actions, ask him not to do this and give a subscription that what he does has nothing to do with Magnitsky’s business.
Nevertheless, since he needed a political asylum in the UK (and billionaire Brighter was the only person who could provide this in a short time), the peeping decided to transfer these documents to him. He received them from Vladlen Stepanov, the husband of the famous Olga Stepanova, who headed the 28th Moscow Tax Administration, through which all these wires of money passed, through which these 230 million dollars were returned, which later quickly disappeared from Russia. Therefore, he worked with Vladlen Stepanov for quite a long time. And when he transmitted copies of documents that belonged to the accounts of Vladlen Stepanov in Switzerland, then there was a very great danger that he would reveal the schemes through which the FSB and other Russian intelligence services withdrew money abroad.
“Do you think why his widow insists that her husband was not killed, not poisoned, but died for natural reasons?”
- This is completely clear. Because if he died of natural causes, then the conditions of insurance come into actions. And she, like a widow, will receive 5 million pounds. If he was killed in some way (poisoned or with the help of another type of weapon), then the investigation begins. And there are chances that the insurance conditions do not allow her to get insurance in this case - the author of the book “KGB poisons factory is sure: from Lenin to Litvinenko” Boris Volodarsky.
