Donation Fair. What unites Gaiser and Yakunin

The sudden arrest of the head of the Komi Vyacheslav Gaiser and his colleagues is the most impressive, obviously, blow to the representative of the authorities in the last years, except for the collapsed case Anatoly Serdyukov. The blow was delivered in compliance with all canons: rapidly, with artillery preparation on television, with a preliminary report to Vladimir Putin, as newspapers write about all the available facts. The report and facts are a familiar format: a few days after the murder of Boris Nemtsov with a report and facts, the director of the FSB came to the head of state, which was also reported on all channels, but this did not help - the case was stalled.

Therefore, the mentioned report and facts sound today not so menacingly - it is a matter, as everyone is clear, not in them or not only in them. Why was the head of Komi Gaiser declared a bandit and arrested, and the Pskov governor Turchak not only not interrogated, but also works calmly further? A simple answer is obvious: no one - nobody - made a career in Komi and finally made it - and the son of a friend Putin is Turchak. Ordinary people at the age of 33 do not become governors, even if the Pskov region. The second part of a simple answer also seems to be on the surface: the resignation and even more so the arrest of a senior official is possible only when it comes to a special operation planned and conducted from above. To decide where the criminal community was formed in power - the prerogative of the authorities itself, and not the indignant public.

The system accumulates toxic in the state elite, if you use financial jargon, functionaries

It's all clear. So the question is not why Tourchak is not delayed - or, for example, Ruslan Geremeyev, who is allegedly returned to Russia, because he is not interested in the investigation, despite all the previous unsuccessful attempts to interrogate it for evidence: from the landing coupon to the aircraft adjacent to the indications that are contained in the interrogation protocols. For everyone who is at least somehow interested in the news, and the possible organizer of the attempt on Kashin Alexander Gorbunov, and Ruslan Geremeyev, and their immediate leaders are exposed-at least until the opposite is proved-but criminal cases of the murder of Nemtsov and the beating of Kashin are developing in a surprise way, up to the replacement of the investigator.

The question, in fact, is how the system will not be modified that cannot respond to these exposures - and one by one, it accumulates toxic functionaries in the state elite, if you use financial jargon. The head of Rospechat, Seslavinsky, who refused to go to Pskov due to the fact that the governor there had problems with the reputation, and then withdrawing his statement, was the first to hit this trap. And even if his example becomes a clear lesson for others - think about before running ahead of the steam locomotive - the problem still remains.
