Low-cost airline Pobeda sells tickets at a rate of 1 ruble

On September 22 , Pobeda Airlines (a subsidiary of Aeroflot ) began selling tickets to all of its 40 destinations at a rate of 1 ruble, i.e., the passenger only needs to pay airport taxes, the company’s press service reported.
