The other day, the Investigative Committee of Russia announced the completion of the investigation of the criminal case against the 38-year-old resident of the Kamchatka Territory Vladimir Tushinsky. He is accused of rape and murders. At least five girls lost their lives just because they looked like a maniac by his stepdaughter

This story began in the fall of 2010. On September 12, the 22-year-old saleswoman of one of the Kamchatka shopping centers Ulyana Nikiforova did not return home. Her parents and husband turned to the police. A dog handler was connected to the search. And the service dog took the mark. The corpse lay in the high grass near the road connecting two Kamchatka cities - Petropavlovsk and Elizovo. The killer inflicted many blows to the girl in the face, body and head. The operatives interviewed dozens of people: acquaintances, colleagues, neighbors, relatives of Nikiforova. Not the slightest clue. Everything indicated that the crime had no motive. Ulyan was not killed in order to rob, but to kill.

Not even a month has passed since her death when a 15-year-old schoolgirl Natalya Moiseeva disappeared in Petropavlovsk. It happened on October 10. And on November 18, parents did not wait for the 11-year-old Olya at home by a unprecedented house. A girl and her mother and father lived in a suburb of the regional center.

She lingered after lessons in the school section of basketball. Then she called her mother and said that she was going to the bus. Nobody saw her anymore.

The mysterious disappearance of teenage girls sustained Petropavlovsk. Rumors crawled around the city not about two, but about dozens of missing schoolgirls. In search of girls, not only police officers, but also rescuers with numerous volunteers participated. They combed tens of kilometers of forest, examined hundreds of sheds and basements of private farmsteads. To no avail. And at the very beginning of 2011, 16-year-old Kristina Orlova disappeared.

The search operation resumed with renewed vigor. Psychics began to run into Kamchatka, among which there were participants in the famous television program. True, as they told me in a threat, the mediums did not bring any practical benefits, they only confused operas and investigators. The police, looking for a maniac, exposed more than two dozen pedophiles. But none of them was related to the disappearance of Natalia, Olga and Christina. The whole city was glued with leaflets with the image of these girls. Their stories were actively discussed on social networks. Some of the Internet users then noticed that in the appearance of the missing there are common features. However, no one took this theory seriously. But on February 16, 2014, Petropavlovsk shocked the next tragedy. People who came on Sunday at the Stepnaya bus stop saw there a torn corpse of 20-year-old Irina Khodos. The forensic scientists counted more than 20 stab wounds on the dead body.

The impudent murder occurred in the morning when it was already light on the street, and dozens of cars rushed past the stop. The opera came to the conclusion that the killer most likely left this place by car-and someone had to see him. Through the media, they turned to the townspeople for help. And the call was heard. A man came to the regional administration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. On Sunday morning, he drove along a steppe with a video recorder turned on. On the record, it was clearly seen that next to the stop there was a dark blue jeep Toyota Hai Lux. His number in the video did not display, but the SUV had an inscription on the cab - Pick Up. The car was found quite quickly, it was parked at a private house in the suburban village of Pionersky. The police sat all night in ambush. The owner of the car showed up in the morning. He was a low strong man. Vladimir Tushinsky ...

During the first search, the High Lux found an ax, a device shooting tear gas, an electric gunner and a pneumatic gun with a silencer. Having talked with the suspect, the criminal investigators realized that they had not an ordinary killer, but a creature capable of unmotivated crimes. There were other nuances that indicated that Tushinsky could be related to the disappearance of schoolgirls. He was checked on a polygraph. The testimony of the device confirmed the guesses of the operatives. The study, by the way, was conducted by a woman - a psychologist by education. She later repeatedly had a chance to communicate with an unusual prisoner. For some reason, it was in conversations with her that Tushinsky was extremely frank. He had a very good memory. He perfectly remembered the dates of murders and all their details.

Kamchatka Chikatilo admitted that he was looking for his victims at remote stops or roadsides. Seeing a lonely girl, he offered her to get into the car, if she refused, jumped out of the cabin - first beat, and then cut or strangled. He burned two corpses, one hid one in a forest belt, two more, Ulyana Nikiforova and Irina Khodos, left him at the crime scene.

The detention of a maniac, of course, can be considered a great success of law enforcement officers. However, this was only the first stage of the investigation. It was necessary to establish the reasons that prompted the killer to unmotivated and cruel aggression. To look into the depths of the maniac's subconscious, investigators had to understand the features of his family and labor relations. Tushinsky, along with his wife (midwife of the Peter and Paul maternity hospital), brought up a 12-year-old son, and worked in a boiler room-a machine operator of fuel pumps.

I met with his friends and colleagues. They spoke quite warmly about him. Say, a normal guy is punctual and even balanced. For a long time, friends generally refused to believe that Tushinsky is a maniac. It was believed that the cops simply set him up to close the resonant "capercaillie".

Among his colleagues, he was known as a good family man. The boiler room workers said that the driver practically did not drink alcohol.

Later, however, I found out that the stakers were not fully frank. I drank Tushinsky really little, but took light drugs. In addition, a good family man periodically ordered prostitutes for his night watch.

The stepdaughter from the age of eleven was forced to satisfy the sexual fantasies of her stepfather. When Yulia was sixteen, her mother sent her to Moscow to her grandmother. It was in 2010 - it was then at bus stops that the inscriptions of Julia began to appear. The fact that it was Tushinsky left them is not proven. But during the investigation he himself did not hide that the departure of his beloved stepdaughter (and Tushinsky claimed that he loved her very much) to him the deepest psychological trauma.

When there was no one to wrap it with tape at home and rape, the maniac went to look for victims on the street and found girls, at least vaguely reminiscent of her lifetime daughter.

The question remains open: did the wife of Tushinsky know about his second life? The woman claims - did not know. Although not everyone believes it. How could the mother not see the depressed state of her daughter, for many years tolerable mockery and humiliation? Moreover, after executions on the body of a child, hematomas often remained. One way or another, but the maniac's wife will go to this case in this case, and her daughter - the victim.

I add that in Tushinsky they revealed a disorder of sexual preference - pedophilia. Experts, however, admitted that he was sane, realized the consequences of his actions. They will judge the serial rapist and the killer in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky.
