Tesla increased the range of Model X

The car manufacturer improved the official characteristics of his Tesla Model X crossover, reports Jcnews.ru .

The company that previously reported that the range of a trip from one recharging will be about 386 km, now promises a range of 402 km. The drawing depicting the P90d Signature Series version shows the battery (90 kWh).

For comparison, the Model S P85D provides a range of 407 km, with a 90 kW/h battery, it will increase by 6% and will be 431 km.

The car manufacturer has not yet released a complete description of available configurations for Model X, but it is expected that the rear -wheel drive can slightly increase the range. The acceleration dynamics 0-100 km/h for the crossover will be 3.8 seconds. The maximum speed will be limited to 250 km/h.

The cost of the Tesla Model X crossover will be $ 132,000 for the Signature Series version. Earlier, the head of the company Elon Musk promised that the prices for the crossover will be approximately $ 5,000 higher than the prices for the Model S sedan in a similar equipment.
