"Over the 20 years of work in the Estonian special service, the dresser was mined and a huge number of valuable documents on secret operations of the CIA and Mi -6 of Great Britain against Russia from the position of the Baltic CIA were transferred to Moscow," the agency’s interlocutor said. According to him, Dressen's wife arrived in Russia earlier.

Kokhver was imprisoned in Russia from September 5, 2014. According to the FSB, he was detained in the Pskov region, when the officer conducted an intelligence operation. The special service states that with him a gun, equipment for a hidden record and 5 thousand euros were discovered with him. In Estonia, however, they insist that the FSB abducted Kochver in Estonian territory - near the border post of Luhamaa, where the officer was engaged in the prevention of crime associated with smuggling. The abducted was taken to Russia, threatening the murder, emphasizes the Estonian side.

September 10 last year, the Estonian Foreign Ministry said that to protect the officer to the country's government, lawyers Mark Feigin and Nikolai Polozov hired. However, a week later it became known that Kokhver refused their services . It was assigned to represent the interests of the abducted lawyer for their intended purpose.

On August 24, Feigin said that Kokhver found himself guilty and agreed to a deal with the FSB immediately after the detention . Therefore, lawyers were forced to abandon his defense. Feigin said he personally saw documents that confirm his words. At the same time, the lawyer refused to say what is the essence of the agreement between Eston Kochver and the FSB.

On August 19, Kokhver was sentenced to 15 years in a maximum security colony . It is found guilty of espionage, smuggling, wearing weapons, as well as in the illegal crossing of the state border. The case was considered closed.

The court appointed the term of conclusion to Kokhver by partial addition of punishment for all incriminated episodes. For the illegal crossing of the Russian border, he was fined 100 thousand rubles. At the same time, Judge Ulanova freed Kokhver from paying legal costs, since he has a wife and four young children for dependent. The prosecutor previously demanded 16 years of imprisonment for Kochver.
