Google introduced two new Nexus smartphones

Google has unveiled two new smartphones: LG's Nexus 5X and Huawei's Nexus 6P.

6P is available in three colors: white, aluminum, graphite. Its screen size is 5.7 inches. The smartphone is equipped with a 12.3 megapixel camera (and an 8 megapixel front camera). The device has three gigabytes of RAM and an Octa-core Qualcomm processor with a frequency of 2 GHz.

The Nexus 5X is slightly smaller than the 6P. It has a 5.2 inch screen. The rear camera is the same, but the selfie camera is somewhat more modest - five megapixels. The Qualcomm processor runs at 1.8 GHz. The Nexus 5X is available in Carbon Black, Quartz White and Ice Blue.

In addition, at the presentation, Google showed a new version of the Chromecast set-top box and a Chromecast Audio device that allows you to stream music to regular speakers. The corporation also introduced a transforming tablet Pixel C, running on Android. The keyboard will be sold separately.

• On the latest versions of the iPhone 6S, the processor runs at 1.8 GHz. Smartphones have two gigabytes of RAM. The rear camera is 12 megapixels, the front one is five. But iPhones have a Force Touch feature that tracks how hard you press the screen, something the Nexus doesn't yet have.
