Mikhail Anshakov
- Mikhail Anshakov is known for asking the Constitutional Court to check whether the annexation of Crimea violates the basic law. The OZPP also issued a memo to tourists about the difficulties they might encounter when entering Crimea from the Russian side. Roskomnadzor blocked the page with the memo , and the Prosecutor General's Office demanded that a case be opened against the OZPP.
- The outstanding conviction that Anshakov mentions is related to the case in which he was fined one hundred thousand rubles in May 2013. Anshakov was found guilty of libel: in an interview with Novaya Gazeta, he stated that the foundation of the Cathedral of Christ the Savior had turned the temple into a "business center". This was the reason for the lawsuit.
