The International Memorial conducts a cycle of expert lectures and discussions entitled "in which country we live." Among the lecturers are leading experts: sociologists, economists, political scientists. The project is supervised by Nikolai Petrov, head of the laboratory of the methodology for assessing regional development of the Higher School of Economics. Project partners are the Department of Political Science of the Higher School of Economics and Slon Magazine.
