After the outbreak of the civil war in Syria in 2011, neither the United States with the allies, nor Russia practically did not take any steps to resolve this conflict. There was no urgent need for this. The West already suffered colossal costs in wars in Afghanistan and Iraq, pretty spent on an operation in Libya. Other countries were also little interested in resolving the Syrian conflict-due to the consequences of the global financial and economic crisis of extra money for the full-scale assistance of the opposition or the regime of Bashar al-Assad, no one had no one.

This state of affairs could last a very long time. However, with the advent of the new active force in the Middle East-the “Islamic state” (this extremist group is prohibited in many countries of the world, including Russia)-it became obvious that someone would have to intervene in the course of the Civil War in Syria. There are few options here: either to support the Syrian opposition and mix government troops together with the “Islamic state”, or to take the Assad, crushing its opponents and strokes ISIS. In fact, this means that the United States and Russia, which transferred tactical aircraft to Syria in September 2015, will have to negotiate.
