“The Cabinet of Ministers has not yet discussed the issue of breaking the diplomatic relations with Iran. Such a decision was not made, ”said the official representative of the country's government, Rajah Badi.
Earlier on October 2, the state television channel "Aden-TV" reported on the breakdown of diplomatic agents. Why such a decision was made was not specified.
Since the beginning of 2015, the armed confrontation between the government of the country with the rebels-Hussites, whom Iran has unofficially supported, has been taking place in Yemen. Saudi Arabia, the main rival of Iran for influence in the Middle Eastern region, provides military assistance to the authorities of Yemen.
