“Instead of bankruptcy, 75 percent plus 1 shares of Transaero OJSC are transferred to the management of creditor banks. Banks take a single approach to restructuring Transaero debts, including the establishment of a grace period necessary for the financial recovery of the company, as well as a write-off of debts of 20 percent, ”the bank’s press service said .
On October 1, the Federal Air Transport Agency forbade the Transaero Airlines to sell tickets for regular flights. In this regard, the company began updating its schedule, which the air carrier promises to publish on October 2.
