According to the department, in September of this year, a video was distributed on social networks in which a teenager demonstrates physical exercises to 7-year-old children, accompanying his actions with a list of types of drugs, and asking the children to repeat after him the names of prohibited substances.
The video recording was made on October 30, 2014 at a first-grade physical education lesson at secondary school No. 47 in Samara. Previously, a 16-year-old technical school student studied at this school and found himself in the classroom as a teacher on the “understudy day,” the department notes.
“Based on the results of an inspection by the police, a case was opened against the minor for an administrative offense under Part 1 of Art. 6.13 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (propaganda of narcotic drugs). The district prosecutor submitted a proposal to eliminate violations of the law to the head of the education department of the city administration.
