At the Institute of Psychology. Vygotsky - one of the largest divisions of the Russian State Humanitarian University - 19 out of 90 teachers on Thursday were declared a strike. It is reported by Kommersant.
The action is carried out by teachers working at a university part -time. Every fall, the university must conclude a new contract with them. This year, this was not done because of the delay with the issuance of a certificate of certificate on the number of hours of teaching. This paper is necessary to draw up a contract.
Accordingly, at the end of September, when full -time teachers received a salary for the first month of classes, the money was not issued to part -time workers. This also affected the part -time workers who are staff of other university units. The deadlines for concluding contracts were also not reported to teachers.
The director of the Institute of Psychology, Elena Kravtsova, noted that the strike will touch on each of the 869 students one way or another, so they have every right to sue the institute for the improper provision of educational services. At the same time, the leadership of the institute noticed that she supports teachers, and of this situation was accused of the RETUTET of the Russian State University, who refuses to coordinate the number of hours allocated to part -time workers.
As the deputy director of the Institute of Psychology, Ilya Slobodchikov, explained, the rector wants to save on part -time. On Wednesday, he added, the institute filed a complaint against the administration of the Russian State Humanitarian University to Rosobrnadzor and Rostrud and asked to send an audit.
The publication recalls that Vladimir Putin immediately after his inauguration in 2012 signed May decrees, which, among other things, provide that by 2018 the salary of doctors, university teachers and scientists should double the average in the region. Since then, teaching unions have repeatedly reported that universities are reducing employees to increase salaries to the remaining.
According to Forbes, the press secretary of the head of the Ministry of Education and Science, Anna Usacheva, said that the ministry had already contacted the administration of the Russian State University to clarify the situation, and in the near future a check of Rosobrnadzor will come there. At the same time, the official assured that the funds for paying salaries for teachers for September were fully transferred to the university in July.
