MTS “digitizes” the leisure of Norilsk residents

MTS has experienced an increase in demand for the MTS Digital TV service in the Norilsk industrial region. The number of subscribers to the operator's home television in the region, watching TV channels in digital quality, has doubled since the beginning of this year.
