On October 8, the Moscow City Planning and Land Commission canceled the decision on the construction of the Church of the Kazan Icon of the Mother of God in the Moscow Park of the Torfyanka. Instead of this section of the Russian Orthodox Church, it is proposed to build a temple in the area of the Losinoostrovskaya platform. So, a great victory of the public, one of the most dramatic pages of the confrontation of the inhabitants of the capital ended the plans for mass construction within the framework of the 200 temples program.
This program is the result of the conspiracy of the Patriarch Kirill chosen in 2009 with the city mayor in the absence of any requests for the construction of churches from the population. The results of this undertaking, carried out for six years, are more than amazing.
At the end of May 2013, the site of the diocese of the city of Moscow undertook to talk about what grand accomplishments should be expected from the 200 Temples program. Having calculated that under the predecessor of Cyril, Patriarch of Alexy II, for 20 years in the city, on average, 25 temples per year, the author of the article, notified readers about two little compatible things with each other. Firstly: the planned two hundred temples will be built either for 10 or 15 years. Secondly: in fact, for almost three and a half years of the official implementation of the program, only eight temples were built! In total, from the end of 2008 to the end of 2012, the number of temples in the diocese of Moscow increased by 20 - and yet it was more than three times loss of pace.
Two years later - as of July 2015 - the number of temples built under the program of temples increased to 17 . The total number of temples from the end of 2012 to the end of 2014 grew by forty . This is explained simply. After several years of complete chaos - primarily caused by attempts by the administrative apparatus of the Patriarchate, to spin the initially non -viable program - the Moscow diocese returned to the debugged scheme. Temples are either returned and repaired (at the expense of the Moscow budget - but how else?), Or are built on the territory of the monasteries.
The crushing failure of the construction program of 200 temples is caused by three main reasons. Firstly, in Moscow there were very few people who wanted to spend their funds on the construction of churches - especially since the process of collecting and distributing funds is opaque, and the collected friends of the former chief builder of Moscow are mastered. You can’t collect a lot of money with a similar scheme and reputation of its organizer. Secondly, the contracting parties habitually forgot to ask the townspeople. And those, contrary to expectations, turned out to be not the “80 percent genetically Orthodox majority of the country's population”, but by residents of the post-industrial megalopolis, for whom the opportunity to walk a dog or put a baby stroller on the grass is more important than a cry of a muezzin and ringing of bells under the windows. And finally, unlike the fact that it was during the years of perestroika, the Orthodox residents of the capital failed to create any noticeable movement in support of new temples. Those for whom it is planned to build churches - if such people generally exist, are sitting home. And parishioners of really existing communities, as a rule, are not very striving to participate in the creation of new ones.
Against this background, the Patriarch of Personal Guard, the Patriarch of Personal Corpolent men with large fists - to pacify citizens threatening to break the fence around the illegally arranged church construction site under their windows, can be considered as a PR move from the failure of the 200 Temples program. Indeed, in fact, the protests of local residents concern only about a third of the really planned plots for the construction of churches. The program "Three New Temples per year" threatens to stretch to the end of the century by no means because of this. However, to introduce the Communists and Yabllennikov in the form of the main reason for the tactical retreat to pre -prepared positions would be a too rational decision for the leadership of the Moscow Patriarchate.
The “Snow Revolution” of 2011-2012, scandals with a “bad apartment” and “disappearing clock”, the Pussy Riot case - all this frightened the once progressive perestroika Metropolitan Cyril, that in the post of Patriarch he tried to surround himself with ideological like -minded people who were ready to fight real and fictional fuckers. "Wanders" and "atheists." As a result, around the patriarch there was a circle of frank fascists, not shy fraternizing with decorated swastikas with "associates", and possibly wearing such swastikas on the body and in the shower. A striking example of this is the campaign for the manufacture of T -shirts with the Nazi and near -Nazi symbols "Russian Style", which is a continuation of the closed project "The Union of Orthodox Borensers". The authors of Russians for Russians and the bandan with stylized swastika trigger in their blog with a letter of 2007 from Cyril (then Metropolitan), who, approving their patriotic activity, hopes that it will serve the popularization of "Christian symbols and signs."
For this reasons, the personal guard of Cyril appeared in June 2013 - the so -called "Forty Magpies" movement. It was founded by the same time unknown in the Orthodox environment by entrepreneur Andrei Kormukhin. Its members are by no means accidentally reduce the magnificent name of the organization before the DSS and wear T -shirts of the flag flowers of Nazi Germany. Their main lesson is the protection of measures with the participation of the patriarch, laying his path through the crowd. By a special order - "protection" of those very illegal construction sites, intimidation of protest activists.
In the leadership of the group, a large fan of the swastika Alexander Borodin is noticeable (according to the network nickname - Alexander Mikhailovich). Another hunter before the swastika is the football fan Mikhail Rogov, a former participant in Vasilyev’s "memory". Among the activists of the DCS, who especially showed themselves in the conflict on the peat, stood out Ivan Katanaev ("Combat18"). Once he was the leader of Fraria, the largest grouping of fans of the Spartak football team. He took the nickname, by his own admission as a result of a fascination with Nazism - combining in it the name of the British right -wing group and Hitler's encrypted name. In 2007, Katanaev took part in a large scam, assigned money from the shadow sale of tickets, then came into conflict with accomplices and left Russia for several years. Returning in 2013, he immediately "chose -long", fought in the Donbass , and also joined the "forty forties". In the ranks of the DCS, Vasily Stepanov ("killer") was noticed at the Torftyanka. It is known for the fact that in 2005 the team of sports fans headed by him (mainly from the Gladiators group), which acted as a security service of the Prooputinsky youth organization "ours", captured the Communist Party of the Communist Party, where supporters of several leftist groups gathered, and crippled the people who were there.
When you study these and other characters of the Polish -Paul Political Environment, a contradiction is striking. On the one hand, these people are involved in Western practices of everyday life: so, at the “Orthodoxy and Sports” festival, the Orthodox Powerlifters are carrying the gripped American “Hammers”, communicate with the “Harleys” with Orthodox bikers, and then all the grilled German sausages on the grill. On the other hand, they really prepare for the city war. Rallies "For Russia without Bolshevism", a fierce struggle for renaming Voikovskaya, a constant demonstration of an unknown enemy of compressed fists and tense biceps in group photographs - all this would probably look ridiculous if the same people in January 2014 did not shoot together with Igor Girkin (Strelkov) in the protection of "Gifts of the Volkhov", did not show In military field form, somewhere against the backdrop of slurred rural landscapes, they did not constantly demonstrate the necro-focus in the spirit of the slogan "Orthodoxy or death."
In general, in the person of the Forty Magpies, we are dealing with the prevailing extremist group. Someday its participants will sit down. This prospect threatens members of the God of God "God's Volya" associated with them and the Moscow Patriarchate.
Will they wait for a punishment for attacking the protests on the Torfyanka? Or will it turn out that the funds allocated from the budgets from the budgets went to something wrong? For example, the state structures who are reverently protecting the rights of children prefer to turn a blind eye to involve minors in group fights organized by DSS under the guise of the holiday "Orthodoxy and sports". This summer, “fighters with homosexuality” in the Moscow Park “Kolomenskoye” at the expense of taxpayers organized a “buch”, in which the teenagers of Topless shoved with half -dressed men, and then participated in the fist battles to the wall.
However, there is no doubt that in case of problems with the law, “Orthodox human rights defenders” will be defended with the law - with a neo -Nazi past. The Patriarchate already has in this regard the rich experience of cooperation with the Narodnaya Council organization, which is led by one of the former leaders of RNE Oleg Kassin. Now she has a competitor - the Orthodox Human Rights Analytical Center, led by another former activist of the Vasilievsky Memory and the editor -in -chief of the newspaper Sturmovik, Konstantin Kasimovsky. He makes efforts to introduce legislative restrictions on civil protests similar to what happened on a peat.
In connection with this story, one serious question arises. Well, there are patriarch scared to death and some of his close associates, waiting from the day on the day of the new revolution and the repetition of the Bolshevik nightmare. Suppose they hired those close to them from the views of neo -Nazis for the necessary, as they believe, defense.
But why is all this to the mayor of Moscow Sergei Sobyanin? In the photographs on the DSS blog made on July 26 this year, he sits on the rostrum of the Russian Field festival in Tsaritsyn. Near the Patriarch and other higher representatives of the clergy. And along the edges, the guards are carried by Dassites in red t -shirts with a white circle.
Is it so convenient to communicate with the Nazis to the mayor of Moscow? Or does he have such a specific understanding of Orthodoxy? Or is he, like the Patriarch, is panicky afraid of the "revolutionaries"? Don't think. Just in a privatized state, good relations with the right people are not only posed above moral principles and elementary disgust. They ultimately lead to the dependence of all members of the "elite" on each other. And therefore, we will not soon see the members of the DSS in court - but very soon in the action on some other Moscow outskirts. And I absolutely do not want to guess who will become their victim. And I have no doubt that the victims will be. And responsibility for them will be primarily on Patriarch Kirill.
