1960. Escapada Khrushchev in the UN

55 years ago, on October 12, 1960, Nikita Khrushchev during a meeting of the UN General Assembly pounded a boot on the table, trying to disrupt the investigation of the Soviet troops into Hungary. At the same meeting, Khrushchev called the Filipino speaker "the henchman and the Kholuy of American imperialism", which was at a dead end in translators.
