“This is an obvious terrorist act, designed to obviously intimidate supporters of the fight against terror, and not allow them to prevail in the fight against extremists,” added Lavrov.

According to the minister, Moscow is engaged in the search for guilty people in cooperation with the Syrian authorities. “It was still known that both ISIS and Jabhat-An-Nusra are applied to Damascus,” the minister said.
