The organizers of the "march" are waiting for opposition organizations and politicians, cultural figures and human rights activists. The application will be submitted on time. It is assumed that the participants will traditionally gather on Pushkinskaya Square, pass through the boulevards, and end the action with a rally on Sakharov Avenue.

At the same time, according to Ryklin, everyone will have to achieve coordination now. “It will become possible if thousands of people make it clear to the Moscow authorities that for them it is completely fundamentally under the demonstration on this (or similar) route. And they are ready to fight for their constitutional right,” the activist emphasized. The program of notification actions and measures of the efficiency will be published in the near future.

The last major opposition rally was held on September 20 in the Maryino area on the southeastern outskirts of the capital. According to the correspondent of the "faces", the action under the slogan of the change of power has gathered 4 thousand people. The event was guarded by a large number of police officers, but there were no incidents during the rally.

Along with political slogans, participants in the action also stated social. In particular, there were posters in support of education and medicine, stretching in defense of the Friendship Park . The organizers also offered the rally participants the posters "Cave Caves the Kadyrov" and "Interrogate the Turchak." Some participants in the rally launched the flags of Ukraine and Crimean Tatars.

In their notice, the organizers of the event reported the intention to hold a procession on the Boulevard Ring and a rally on Sakharov Avenue on September 20. However, the head of the capital’s security department, Alexei Mayorov, said that the action can be agreed only in Maryin and only in the form of a rally, but not a march. The organizers announced the refusal to accept the requirements of officials , but a few days later they expectedly agreed to the conditions of the city hall .
