The newly elected head of the rural settlement is trying to dismiss the director of the local recreation center Sergei Shevtsov, an observer from the Communist Party. How a box of scrapers brought to the party

Several candidates claimed to be the head of the rural settlement of Petropavlovka. The main competition of the current chapter, a member of United Russia, Yuri Shevtsov (Sergey Nonfamil) was drawn up by the Communist Party candidate Pavel Shulekin. Sergey Shevtsov wanted to nominate his candidacy. However, in the election commission he was “not understood” and recorded that he was elected to the deputies. He was refused registration (he turned out to be the only unregistered candidate) on the grounds that he went from the LDPR, being a member of United Russia.

Such a party career is the result of Shevtsov’s attempts to somehow save the Peter and Paul Palais! “It was necessary to hang an announcement of the next event. And there are no buttons, ”says Sergey Shevtsov. - I'm going to the head of the village. “Let's go and buy in the store,” he says. They came. We bought a box for 8 rubles. We come to the accounting department. He counts 15 scrapers and gives me: “There is enough for you.” After that, I did not ask him anything. I turned to United Russia. He said, so and so, I have nothing in the club, even musical equipment, and the head of the village requires 2-3 events a week. They gave 30 thousand rubles, I bought speakers. They said: “But all the time all the way.” Then I turned to the LDPR, they gave another 50 thousand. I bought an amplifier and a laptop. "

Since 1998, there is no heating in the DC building, and in winter it is periodically necessary to work at 20 degrees of frost. The zone of Shevtsov’s responsibility is unpredictably wide, for example, two years ago, during an epidemic of pork flu, workers in the Palace of Culture forced to remove infected corpses of animals. The corpses had to be pulled and dropped into a hole without respirators and special clothes.

Partisans of rural weekends

Without becoming a candidate from the LDPR, Sergey Shevtsov decided to go an observer from the communist Pavel Schulenin. In general, he has been participating in the elections for all 12 years, while he has been led by the House of Culture: he was a member of the election commission, deputy chairman, an observer. Together with Shevtsov, the spouses Tatyana and Vyacheslav Ivanov watched the past elections from the Communist Party. “In those polling stations where we observed, EP was able to get only 60%, in the entire Peter and Paul region - 75%, while in the Voronezh region (excluding Voronezh) it received 85 percent or more,” the observers say. “And before our district was among the leaders to support the party.”

“I, as a member of the election commission with the right of an advisory voice, was removed from one site, but I was able to become an observer on another. From there, at the beginning of the vote count, I was also removed under the pretext that I am speaking out loud loudly, ”recalls Vyacheslav Ivanov. On one of the videos that he shot, the deputy head of the rural settlement Alexander Chumachev, who, according to the author of the video, gives instructions of the election commission is captured. Chumachev explains that he came to vote, and at the same time solve “economic issues”.

"The elections are leaving, and we stay"

After the elections, September 21, the head of the village gathered the administration employees for the next glider, and Sergey Shevtsov also participated. The head complained that the district ensured a low result of United Russia than a displeased superior authorities: "We must understand correctly - the elections come, go, and we stay." In the end he asked his deputy and director of the recreation center to remain.

Dismissal also threatens his wife Alena - she works in the same House of Culture by an artistic director. He turned to the Communist Party for help, but, as he says, he did not wait for any support.

According to the director of the recreation center, the head of Petropavlovka began to give him obviously impossible tasks. For example, every day to clean and mow two freshly saturated parks, near the DC and on the outskirts of the village. He and three employees of the recreation center have to start watering from six in the morning. In the last glider, Yuri Shevtsov made a strict reprimand for the director of the recreation center that he did not remove the vast territory around the recreation center. “This territory is simply impossible to physically remove. And this proposal to the elections has nothing to do. ”

Save the ordinary Shevtsov

A group of active fellow villagers, led by the Ivanov family, stood to defend the director of the House of Culture. “On Seryozha, that is not a day, so pressure,” says Tatyana Ivanova. - Their children have already begun to twitch. The wife cries continuously at night. Mom is on the verge of a heart attack, the head began to put pressure on her. Valentina Shevtsova worked as a social worker for more than 25 years, the year remained until retirement. When this all began, she was refused the paperwork for the title “Veteran of Labor”, promised to deprive all benefits and dismissed at the first reduction. The salary over the past month was not given to her. The family was already brought to the pen. They now either fight before victory, or at all - there will be no life. ”

Residents sent letters in the name of the President, Governor of the Voronezh Region Alexei Gordeev, to the Labor Inspectorate of the region, the prosecutor's office of the Voronezh region and the prosecutor of the Peter and Paul region, as amended by several local media. All that the defenders of the director of the recreation center want is that the lawlessness of officials stops, and Sergei Shevtsov is left alone.

Until the villains are heard. The regional government was not accepted immediately, they took the statements, but so far they have not done anything. “The first letter to the Voronezh government was lowered to our district head of culture Valentina Yatsenko,” says Tatyana Ivanova. “She has nothing to do with the elections, nor to Sergey Shevtsov, nor to the head of Yuri Shevtsov and is afraid of everyone and everyone, because she shakes for her place.” The prosecutor’s office was rudely escorted, says Vyacheslav Ivanov.

Then people went to the investigative department of the police, where Sergei Shevtsov took the same application for consideration. Nothing is heard about his fate, but on October 12, the administration of the Peter and Paul rural settlement was called to the prosecutor's office.
