The Zamoskvoretsky Court of Moscow granted Alexei Navalny an installment plan to pay off the debt under the civil suit of the Diversified Processing Company. According to FBK press secretary Kira Yarmysh, the installments were granted for two months instead of five, which Navalny asked for.

According to the civil suit of the Diversified Processing Company, Alexei Navalny and his brother Oleg must pay 4.5 million rubles. Three million of this amount has already been paid.
On the evening of October 13, the bailiffs came to Alexei Navalny to describe the property, but he refused to let them into the apartment. According to Navalny, he agreed that the bailiffs would come the day before, but they did not.
Alexei and Oleg Navalny were convicted of fraud in December 2014. The court concluded that the brothers had caused damage to Yves Rocher Vostok and the Multipurpose Processing Company by forcing them into unprofitable shipping contracts.
Alexei Navalny received a 3.5 year suspended prison sentence, Oleg was sentenced to the same real term. Both of them refused to plead guilty.
