Minbox - joint work on projects
Minbox - a tool for working together on projects and the remote management of the team. The service contains all the necessary tools for the coordinated work of employees in both the remote and ordinary office.
In September 2015, an updated version of the Minbox online service was published. The tool helps users and companies manage projects, work together on documents, share files and communicate. The service works on the basis of cloud technologies.
Additions in the new version of Minbox:
- Communication with other cloud storages (Dropbox, Google Drive, Github, etc.). Added the ability to combine all your documents from various sources and store them in one place;
- Brending (marking). The files you share must be a reflection of your brand. The service allows you to configure it for free;
- Joint work. The opportunity to work with the whole team on documents in real time is given. Synchronization of all changes passes automatically in the background;
- Notes and notifications. There is an opportunity to track everything that was done as part of a common project. A flexible notification setup system will always remain in the know and any updates made in general documents.
