Polikhovich is serving a sentence in IK-6 in the village of Stenkino, Ryazan region. It also contains another swamp prisoner - Andrei Barabanov.

On February 24, the chairman of the Zamoskvoretsky District Court of Moscow Natalia Nikishina sentenced the seven defendants in the real time in the colony of general regime. Sergey Krivov received 4 years, drum - 3 years 7 months, Stepan Zimin, Denis Lutskievich and Polikhovich - 3 years 6 months, Artem Savelov - 2 years 7 months, Yaroslav Belousov - 2 years 6 months. Alexander Naumova (Dukhanina) was given 3 years 3 months conditionally. All defendants were found guilty. On June 20, the collegium of the Moscow City Court considered the verdict: Krivov and Belousov, the punishment was reduced by three months - up to 3 years and 9 months and 2 years and 3 months, respectively. With regard to other swamp prisoners, the verdict of the Zamoskvoretsky court was left unchanged.

Belousov and Savelov completely left their terms. Zimin was released conditionally.
